We offer delivery to any country in the world using a variety of international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and so on. We have years of experience with international couriers. Just select a product and proceed to the cart page to see the options for your country. Get in touch if you want something not available by default and we will do out best to accomodate. We ship from the UK, but still offer next day delivery to most major countries such as to the USA, Canada, most of Europe, etc. We aim to dispatch all items on the same day if they are ordered before lunchtime. All orders will definitely be dispatched on the next working day otherwise. During holiday periods such as Christmas/New Year, this may be delayed by a few days, but we will warn you.

Got a problem? Returns
No matter where you live, we offer a full 30-day trial of any product on this website. This means that if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase then you can return it for a full refund of the product price (please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable – we would have already paid the courier for the initial delivery to you). You have 30 days from the date you receive the delivery to initiate the return. Return delivery must be arranged and funded by the customer and product must be in full working order and as-new condition to qualify for the refund. Please contact us with any queries regarding dissatisfaction/returns before sending back. Upon receipt of the returned item, your refund will be processed on the same day. PayPal refunds are instant, refunds through debit/credit cards take several working days.
The return policy will be extended for Christmas – orders made between 19th November and 23rd December can be returned until 23rd January. For any orders made after the 23rd December, the standard 30 days refund policy applies.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Please contact us if you wish to cancel, and have not received confirmation of delivery (the email with the courier tracking link) yet.
